Access Control Technology (ACT) Ltd., has further strengthened its Technical Support team with two new appointments. Sean Kelly and Jonathan Murray have both joined ACT in the role of Technical Support Representative.

Sean is a graduate of NUI Galway where he completed a degree in Electronic Engineering. Following his graduation Sean worked in the Power Electronics Research Centre, NUI Galway. Jonathan Murray is a graduate of IT Tallaght where he studied Computer Science with his focus being on software programming. Jonathan has experience in programming in a number of different languages.

Sean and Jonathan will be providing hardware and software support over the telephone to installers of ACT equipment. They will also be involved with training installers on ACT products and testing new products prior to release. Michael Moyna, Technical Services and Product Manager, is delighted with the addition of both Sean and Jonathan to the Technical Support team. With the ACT equipment growing in popularity the addition of two new team members will facilitate ACT’s aim to further improve the level of customer service offered to clients and the quality of the training courses being delivered.
